- Clean the mirror surface with a soft, damp, lint-free cloth; avoid abrasive cloths or scouring pads that may scratch the glass
- Use a mild, non-ammonia glass cleaner; do not spray cleaner directly onto the mirror edges or the touch sensor area — apply to the cloth first
- Do not immerse the mirror or direct a high-pressure shower spray at the edges or backboard
- Periodically check that wall fixings remain secure, particularly in tiled walls where vibration may loosen fixings over time
