Please note that larger or specialist mirror deliveries may require additional handling time.

Mirrors require specialist care during transportation. Every SARLOX mirror is securely protected using purpose-designed packaging to help reduce the risk of damage during transit.

Larger mirrors may receive additional protective materials and handling measures depending on their size and construction.

Please Check Your Delivery

We recommend inspecting your package carefully when it arrives. If the outer packaging appears significantly damaged, please photograph the packaging before opening where possible.

If your mirror has arrived damaged, please contact our customer care team as soon as possible and provide your order number together with clear photographs of the packaging and product.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are correct before completing your purchase.

Once an order has been dispatched, changing the delivery address may not always be possible. If you need to update your address, please contact us as soon as possible.
