• Orders placed outside business days may begin processing on the next business day.

Handling times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by order volumes, bank holidays or circumstances outside our control.

UK Delivery

SARLOX currently delivers across the United Kingdom. Delivery availability and estimated delivery times are calculated according to your delivery address, product and order size.

• Standard delivery: 4–6 business days
• Large or specialist mirrors: Specialist delivery may be arranged for safer handling
• Remote locations may require additional time.

Delivery estimates are approximate and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, bank holidays or circumstances outside our control.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and the size of your order.

When a Free UK Delivery promotion is available, the offer will be clearly displayed on the relevant product or checkout page.

Specialist Delivery

Mirrors require careful handling. For larger or particularly fragile pieces, we may use a specialist delivery service rather than standard parcel delivery.

The courier may contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date or delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order.

Track Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information, where available.

When Your Mirror Arrives

Please inspect the outer packaging carefully when your order arrives. Our mirrors are fragile and we recommend photographing any visible damage before opening the package.

31-Day Returns

We want you to feel confident when shopping with SARLOX. If you change your mind about your purchase, you may request a return within 31 days of receiving your order, subject to our returns policy and applicable conditions.

• Items should be returned in their original condition and packaging where possible.
• Some exclusions or conditions may apply depending on the product and circumstances of the return.
