UK Delivery

SARLOX currently delivers across the United Kingdom. Orders are normally processed within 1 business day, after which your order is handed to our delivery partner.

  • Total estimated delivery: approximately 5–7 business days
  • Remote locations may require additional time.

Delivery estimates are approximate and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, bank holidays or circumstances outside our control.

Delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and the size of your order.

When a Free UK Delivery promotion is available, the offer will be clearly displayed on the relevant product or checkout page.

LARGE MIRRORS

Specialist Delivery

Mirrors require careful handling. For larger or particularly fragile pieces, we may use a specialist delivery service rather than standard parcel delivery.

The courier may contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date or delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order.

When Your Mirror Arrives

Please inspect the outer packaging carefully when your order arrives. Our mirrors are fragile and we recommend photographing any visible damage before opening the package.

01 Photograph the packaging if it appears damaged.
02 Carefully open and inspect your mirror.
03 Photograph any damage clearly.
04 Contact SARLOX as soon as possible.
